My name is Marvin Junior Toussaint, known professionally as Mars. I am a digital artist whose work explores charcoal inspired textures, fantasy, conceptual image, and abstraction. My abstract work functions as a visual response for emotional state shaped by personal events and lived experience, while my charcoal based pieces focus on fantasy, concepts, and atmosphere.
I currently create all of my work digitally on an iPad, favoring the flexibility it provides in developing varied styles and approaches. In the future, I plan to expand my practice into physical charcoal, canvas, and mixed media works. My process balances control and chaos, allowing each piece to evolve intuitively while maintaining a strong conceptual foundation.
My long-term goal is to present my work within museum and gallery spaces, where it can exist as both a personal archive and a shared experience. I view my practice as an ongoing exploration rather than a fixed destination.
